We take our coffee very seriously at Merienda! Before we opened we
spent a lot of time searching for an excellent coffee bean to offer our
customers. After much tasting, we decided that Union Coffee Roasters
in London offered the best taste and the freshest bean and have been
using their Revolution Blend bean ever since.
Using one of the best grinders and espresso machines on the market we
are able to offer customers coffee made from beans ground within the
hour and when making any coffee, whether a soy decaf latte or a semi-skimmed
double shot cappuccino, we make it according to barista guidelines set
out by coffee fanatics in Australia and America.
To keep ourselves updated on all of the latest coffee trends Merienda
is also a member of the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe.
